At the Seashore
Lucky Peach At the Seashore is a reinterpretation of Lucky Peach, a quarterly food and lifestyle journal, in a book form. Lucky Peach #12: Seashore, the Summer 2014 issue includes short stories about California coast, a reminiscence about an old beach town, and various seafood recipes. This is an experiment of comparing the visual flow of a magazine layout, which delivers multiple bits of content in limited spreads, to a book layout that has more visual breaks and room for each content.
