Art Direction / BRANDING / Visual Identity
WorkRise
WorkRise, a research-to-action network for jobs, workers and mobility, brings together researchers, employers, policymakers, and the philanthropic community to create economic security and career opportunity for workers. The Hattaway team worked with WorkRise’s parent organization, Urban Institute, to create this unique platform that helps workers who are affected by the fundamental inequalities in the labor market and the current COVID-19 crisis.
As the design lead of the project, I managed the initial research part of the creative process, starting with visual research, visual audit and analysis, and facilitating a group moodboard exercise with the client. Then I created the visual identity and design deliverables, including the logo, visual style guide, message manual, and report template.
